A Recipe for Making Fried Prawns in EMP's Wok Pan

Ingredients For The Fried Shrimp

- 1 lb. large prawns, peeled and deveined

- 2 tbsp. cornstarch

- 1/2 tsp. salt

- 1/4 tsp. black pepper

- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

- 1/4 tsp. onion powder

- 1/4 tsp. smoked paprika

- 2 cups oil for frying - EMP's Wok Pan

Making Fried Prawns Instructions:

1. In a shallow dish, mix together cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.

2. Dredge the prawns in the cornstarch mixture, tapping off any excess.

3. Heat the oil in EMP's Wok Pan over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking.

4. Carefully add the prawns to the hot oil, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.

5. Fry the prawns for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown, turning them over once to ensure both sides are cooked.

6. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the fried prawns to a paper towel-lined plate to drain off any excess oil.

7. Repeat with the remaining prawns until all are fried.

8. Serve the fried prawns as an appetizer or main dish, with dipping sauce of your choice such as chili garlic sauce, sweet and sour sauce or spicy mayo and enjoy!
